I took the Boss to LA to help out some friends with the Gotham Dream Cars tour today. At one point we pulled over outside a baseball diamond to switch drivers. There was a little league team practicing and I overheard one of them say "Mustangs are nice, but way too cheap". Fucking really? Kid was like 6 or 7. Mustangs are too cheap?! God I hate his parents.

Throw $200,000 at a Mustang and it will make a Ferrari cry.
Remove $200,000 from a Ferrari, and it's a pile of leather and plastic.

I'd say a Mustang worth the same money as the Ferrari sounds better.

A performance car too cheap? If it's possible to become so rich you forget the meaning of the word "bargain", then... yeah, society is messed up.

A first grader insulted your car and that upset you? You really shouldn't let people get to you like that, especially when they still wet the bed.

It seems like not so much upset as much as "Wowww, what in the hell makes a kid that young such a snob?"

Six year olds are pretty stupid. I know I said/did a lot of really stupid shit when I was 6.

I teach both over and underprivileged students. I usually far prefer the later. I helped one find his first car, an old Volvo 240, recently. He got sneered at by a much wealthier kid whose parents gave him a used Land Rover and I knew, just knew, who'd have the better automotive experience.
